Our sweetheart finally joined our family. James really, truly, completes us. These last three months have flown by and been the longest of my life. But they have been nothing shorter than the happiest of my life.

Labor went better than expected especially with my heart. I had an epidural almost the whole time thanks to my heart! My doctors didn’t want me to be struggling more than I had to, thank goodness for modern medicine. Being pregnant was never a walk in the park, but it also wasn’t as terrible as it could have been. I’m so happy to not be pregnant anymore though! Looking at these pictures I’m reminded I was SO big and SO swollen by the end.

He was born with so much hair and has promptly lost it! I can’t believe how much we absolutely love him and are obsessed with him. Being a mom is for sure hard, I’m tired. But I love taking care of him and loving on him all day.
